How to Use

Apply as part of sunscreen formulation. Reapply every 2 hours. Allow brief setting time after application.

FDA-approved UVA filter. Photodegradation is a concern but modern formulations use stabilizers effectively. Provides peak absorption at 357nm.

Photounstable on its own and degrades in sunlight. Must be stabilized with octocrylene or other photostabilizers. Can stain clothing.
